Daniel is the founder of Peak Performers Co. whose passion is to help people achieve their fullest potential in and beyond the gym.

Jake started out as an avid gym goer until he sustained an injury to his spine, resulting in back pain, from poor programming and exercise selection. This led him to research exercise programming and selection to facilitate his own rehabilitation. Now he is back stronger than ever before with no pain. He aims to help newcomers get into the motion of exercising with proper guidance and coaching.
Jake does general fitness and health coaching along with strength and conditioning as he believes a good healthy body should move well and eat well.

With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Hadi brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to his role as a Personal Trainer. Specializing in strength & conditioning, weight management, post-rehabilitation training, and facilitated stretching, Hadi helps clients move better, feel stronger, and live healthier—without unnecessary extremes.
Armed with a Diploma in Exercise Science, and certifications from ACE, Kettlebell Training, Group Training, and Special Populations, Hadi is particularly skilled in mobility work, HIIT, injury management, bodybuilding, and core control. His coaching philosophy is grounded in growth and sustainability:

A personal milestone that deeply influences his approach is overcoming a diagnosis of bulging discs (L3 to S1). Rather than resorting to surgery, he turned to smart conditioning—an experience that fuels his passion for injury prevention and rehab-focused fitness. He’s also proud to have been the runner-up in the NABBA Classic Physique 2016.
Hadi believes in working with each client's unique lifestyle, creating training plans that fit seamlessly without demanding drastic overhauls. For him, fitness is not just about aesthetics—it's about empowering people with awareness and confidence in their well-being, one individual at a time.
Outside the gym, you’ll likely find Hadi enjoying some solitude with his family or tearing up the track—karting is one of his favorite ways to unwind.

Known for my unwavering perseverance and determination, Nicholas approaches every challenge with a relentless drive to succeed. His approach is characterised by a commitment to finding solutions, always remaining open-minded and flexible in his pursuit of excellence.
Nicholas thrives on innovation and is not afraid to explore new ideas and techniques to address any fitness obstacles. With an easygoing demeanour and a people-oriented approach, he fosters a supportive environment, making it easy for clients to approach him with their goals and concerns. Nicholas firmly believes in the power of teamwork and collaboration, recognising that achieving fitness goals often requires a collective effort.

Jaden is an AHPC Registered Physiotherapist as well as an ACSM Certified Cancer Exercise Trainer and Clinical Exercise Physiologist, holding a Master’s degree from Australia.
With more than a decade of experience working in public hospital, sports teams and private settings, he specializes in sports injury management, post-surgery physiotherapy, and rehabilitation for people with medical conditions such as stroke and Parkinson's disease.
Jaden is passionate about providing physiotherapy treatment that is backed by science and research. Besides presenting his own award-winning research papers in local and international conferences, he also conducts workshops on back/neck pain and teaches topics such as the management of shoulder, hip, knee & ankle injuries.
Jaden believes that "people do not care how much you know until they know how much you care". He strives to understand his clients’ needs, goals and priorities before selecting the most appropriate treatment approach. For his dedication and professionalism, he has earned many positive reviews as well as three Service Excellence Awards in as many years. He was recognized as the “Best Virtual Corporate Wellness Specialist 2021” by APAC Insider Award.
